3D Printing

3D printing provides a great, low-cost method for converting digital models into physical objects and has become increasingly common among creators. Through this tutorial, we will focus on a few core concepts that will help you produce high-quality, high-precision 3D printed objects without being an expert in manufacturing processes.

CNC

Numerical control (also computer numerical control, and commonly called CNC) is the automated control of machining tools (such as drills, lathes, mills and 3D printers) by means of a computer. A CNC machine processes a piece of material (metal, plastic, wood, ceramic, or composite) to meet specifications by following a coded programmed instruction and without a manual operator directly controlling the machining operation.

Craft Cutter

With the ability to use more advanced tools, Cricut Maker gives you the freedom to make virtually any DIY project you can imagine, from 3D art to home decor, jewelry, iron-on, vinyl, paper projects, and so much more. It has the tools to cut hundreds of materials quickly and accurately, It has the tools to cut hundreds of materials quickly and accurately, from the most delicate paper and fabric to the tough stuff like matboard, leather, and basswood.

Critical Play Collection

StudioLab invites our community to use play as a tool for creation and reflection. By creating temporary spaces defined by flexible rule sets, we're able to see our designs and ideas from new perspectives. We think play sparks the imagination, welcomes collaboration, and facilitates respectful commentary. Games are expressive medium for conveying the human experience and a foundational element in the creation of communities. We're fortunate to be living in a time when theories of play and games criticism are exploding in both popular and academic domains.

Electronics Station

Electronics comprises the physics, engineering, technology and applications that deal with the emission, flow and control of electrons in vacuum and matter.[1] It uses active devices to control electron flow by amplification and rectification, which distinguishes it from classical electrical engineering which uses passive effects such as resistance, capacitance and inductance to control current flow.

Laser Cutter

The laser cutter is a fantastic and easy to learn tool for 2D digital fabrication. As its name implies, it uses a focused beam of energy to cut and engrave materials. Paper, cardboard, acrylic, and most woods can be used with our cutter and lend a professional feel to your prototypes.
