GEO 102

Climate: Past, Present, and Future (GEO102) is a Fall semester course that addresses whether humans are changing our climate and whether climate change constitutes a significant problem. This course offers an opportunity for students of all backgrounds to investigate one of the most critical environmental issues of our time. CST has worked with the teaching team, Daniel Sigman and Danielle Schmitt from Geosciences, to increase student engagement within and beyond the classroom, and to target important misconceptions that inhibit meaningful discussions of climate science and policy. Associate Director, Catherine Riihimaki has worked with the course from the initial planning stages through its first offering this semester. Contact her at car3@princeton.edu for more information about this course or about other ways to collaborate with CST on innovative course design.
