CST’s Student Advisory Board Talks Sustainable Milks at the Eco Festival

The CST's Student Advisory Board (SAB) hosted its first event of the semester last Saturday, November 19th. The SAB organized an interactive event for USG Sustainability Committee's Eco-Festival, which aimed to unite the arts, sciences, and humanities in the name of sustainability. Participants sampled four plant-based milk recipes made by the SAB while learning about sustainable milk production and watching a live demo on how to make oat milk at home.
