The CST Scientist Spotlight

A searchable database to support representation in Princeton’s STEM courses developed through nominations from the Princeton University community

The CST Spotlight showcases people of color, of diverse gender and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds, individuals with disabilities, and others as part of CST's initiative to expand representation in STEM courses.  The database emphasizes contributions to STEM fields as well as individual identities and interests to remind us that science is a human endeavor.

To connect representation to academic content, the database links spotlighted scientists with specific Princeton courses. As nominations are received from the Princeton University community, the database will continue to grow.

Number of nominations to date: 26
