Wycinanki Paper Cutting Café

Wycinanki is a traditional Polish folk art, created by cutting or layering colorful paper into intricate patterns. Folding and unfolding problems in mathematics have been evident since the 1500s and are studied as Geometric Folding Algorithms.  Popular designs include geometric patterns and scenes from rural farm life.
