Brainy Bites: The Science of Chocolate workshop on May 5th

Chocolate is probably one of the most popular food types in the world. Ever wonder why well-made chocolate has a shiny glossy look and a crisp snap when bitten into? It’s all in the science behind how chocolate is made!  Come join us for a hands-on workshop to make some gourmet chocolate bars and learn about the material science behind them.

Registration is required and limited to 18 undergraduate and graduate participants.
