Event Description
Chefs Lois Ellen Frank, PhD, and Walter Whitewater of Red Mesa Cuisine have prepared a four-course menu showcasing Southwestern Native American cuisine for Princeton’s inaugural “The Peoples’ Sky Symposium: Indigenous Astronomy Since the Beginning of Time.” The chefs and the conference would like to invite university members to participate in celebrating Native American Heritage month and Native American contributions to both gastronomy and astronomy.
