Event Description
Brainy Bites, the science of cheese making workshop in October 28th

Join us for our latest addition to our Brainy Bites series featuring everyone's favorite, cheese! We will discuss the science behind the cheese-making process and its significance with Professors Anthar Darwish (MOL) and Vivian Feng (CST). Then, get the opportunity to make your own delicious Burrata cheese led by a cheesemaker from Olsson's Fine Food of Princeton!

Registration is required and limited to 15 undergraduate and graduate participants.

The Brainy Bites program series exploring food science aims to bring science to the forefront of conversations about foods we may interact with daily but seldom take a moment to think about.

CST proudly hosts this event in collaboration with MBOP and Olsson's Fine Food of Princeton.
