Event Description

Crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle, soft throughout, or crumbly to the touch - however you enjoy your cookies, there is a hidden ingredient that makes it all happen: science! In this RadLab, Emily Lee will explain the chemical properties of ingredients and reactions involved in the baking of the delicious science experiment that everyone loves. This workshop will be an interactive experience where taste testing is required to learn; all you will need are your taste buds and curiosity!
